How many do
I need to order?
Laurel Run's low minimum is just 12 pieces of a design. You can
mix and match the garment styles, colors and sizes to reach the 12 piece
minimum as long as the design and thread colors do not change. |

Must I order in
multiples of 12?
No. While many embroidery companies
require this because the machines are designed to run in multiplies of
12. We understand that team sizes and fund raiser sales do not follow
this rule. |

How do I pay for
my order?
A 50% deposit is due before the order
will be placed into production. The deposit must be accompanied by a
purchase order on school letterhead. The balance of the order is due 7
days from the date of the shipment. |

How long until my
order is complete?
Normal production time is 15 working days from
approval of artwork and/or receipt of deposit. |
 | What if I want a
garment that is not shown?
Just tell us the item and price range you are
looking for. Please allow several extra days for us to respond.
We will let you know either way and if we can't provide it what your cost
will be. |

What if I have a
special design I want to use?
Fax or E-mail us the artwork. For an
additional charge we can digitize your design. We will let you know
what the additional cost will be. This is a one time charge and would
not apply to any additional orders that you would place for this design. |

What if we have a
special mascot or a sports theme that is not shown as a center drop?
Fax or E-mail us us the art. Chances are
we have it in our design library. If not for a small one time fee we
can digitize it. |

Why can't I place
my order through the website?
This is not a secure site and due to the
complexity of the designs we actually need to briefly talk to someone to
work through the details of the order.
